CR’s principal: There is no COMPULSION but COOPERATION.

Compulsion means strong pressure that makes something that they do not want to do (Dictionary Oxford, 7th edition). Secara keseluruhannya bermaksud seorang CR tidak boleh mendesak or beri pressure kepada CL untuk memilih pilihannya tetapi lebih kepada bekerjasama untuk menyelesaikan issue / concern bersama-sama.
